Please note we use courier service – so your items will be delivered to ground floor level only. There will be extra charge for deliveries above ground level. You can deal with courier on spot or can book with us in advance by paying additional for deliveries above ground level.

Please provide a contact number when purchasing (this is to confirm delivery; no number can delay the delivery. You will receive a text or call from courier in advance a day before delivery.

Please note we use local couriers to deliver the beds. We are offering free delivery to most of England postcodes. But if for some reason you missed first delivery attempt by courier. Then we will charge a delivery fee to arrange another delivery.
